Statement of Conduct for Working with Youth
Rotary International strives to create and maintain a safe environment for all youth who participate in Rotary activities. To the best of their ability, Rotary members, their partners, and other volunteers must safeguard the children and young people with whom they come into contact and protect them from physical, sexual, and psychological abuse.

LIVESCAN Background Checks
Background check using the Live Scan system is required of all adult volunteers working with youth and/or youth programs. Live Scan must be completed for Rotary District 5320. Live Scan completed through other organizations, or through professional requirements cannot be accepted.
CLICK HERE to complete the Live Scan application. Once completed, please print out the application and take it to a qualified Live Scan location to complete the fingerprinting process. YPT – Youth Protection Training Request form
Youth Protection Awareness training is required of all adult volunteers working with youth and/or youth programs. This training must be completed at a minimum of every two years.

NOTE: Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response on weekdays. Responses are not sent out on weekends and holidays.
