Club Name: San Clemente Sunrise Rotary
Club members and community volunteers (including Interact, friends and others) solicit donations for food and thanksgiving meal needs during the month of November. The donations are collected and stored until the Monday prior to Thanksgiving when it is gathered, sorted, boxed and packaged for delivery to several community partners for distribution (including Family Assistance Ministries – FAM; The Marines from Camp Pendleton; Laura’s House; and others). In years prior, the club has collected and distributed complete Thanksgiving meals for over 450 families during the holiday.
