Baja California International Support – Christmas in January
Our club members with join with several other Rotary Clubs to travel to Ensenada Mexico on January 3, 2020. These clubs include the Avalon Club of Catalina, the Rotary Club of San Diego and a couple of other clubs from District 5280 in the Los Angeles area.
We will travel to Baja California to meet with the Ensenada Rotary Club to stage and deliver items of need to the local citizens. We will arrive, bag up food, sort blankets, blow up soccer balls, package toys and assign teams on where to go the next morning.
We will be going out to various communities around Ensenada to deliver our items and interact with the local citizens. This project is coordinate with the Ensenada Club, a local doctor and the Mayor’s wife, Mrs. Mirra Ibarra de Novelo.
