Event Marketing Strike Team and District Sponsored Events Request:”

Please submit the form below to:

Request the district “Strike Team” to attend and document your event, or
Request district sponsorship dollars to be deployed to a community event that will benefit District 5320.

The Strike Team (consisting of 1-2 people) will take photographs, shoot videos, and write stories about your event. All collected Strike Team assets will be made available to your club for future marketing purposes. Please note, Strike Team members are stipend by the District to collect marketing assets ONLY and are not to participate in the operation of club events.District sponsorship requests should be made at least one month in advance of the event sponsorship deadline. Please include all assets requested for a district sponsorship: ie. District “About”, District logo, etc…

Strike Team and district sponsorship requests will be reviewed weekly with acceptance/denial responses delivered within 1-2 weeks.
