Rotary District 5320 Foundation

Rotary District 5320 has created a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation that clubs may use in lieu of forming their own foundation.

The purpose of the Rotary District 5320 Foundation is twofold:

  1. The primary purpose of the foundation is to act as a pass-through entity so that Rotary Clubs can receive 501c3 funds to be held in the foundation, that can be used or spent as directed by the club for the charitable projects or services. The Rotary District 5320 Foundation will provide clubs who do not already have a separate 501c3 foundation from incurring the expense and compliance burdens associated with establishing and maintaining such an entity.
  2. The secondary purpose is to help Rotary District 5320 build a disaster relief fund and enable us to better respond when the next natural disaster strikes our communities.

Rotary Clubs in District 5320 who wish to use the foundation are encourage review and sign the Foundation Use Agreement (below) and return a signed copy to our District Administrator at admin@rotarydistrict5320.org
